This policy explains how Scrolly Spark collects and uses information when you play the game. We keep data collection minimal and only use it to operate and improve the experience.
We may collect basic account identifiers, gameplay stats, and technical data such as browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not sell personal data.
Data is used to authenticate players, maintain leaderboards, prevent abuse, and improve game balance and performance.
We use third-party providers to run Scrolly Spark. Authentication may be provided by Clerk, data storage may be provided by Neon, and hosting/infrastructure may be provided by Render. These providers process data on our behalf, and their privacy practices also apply.
We keep information only as long as needed for gameplay, security, or legal requirements.
You can stop using Scrolly Spark at any time. For account-related requests, contact us via studio303.dev.
We may update this policy as the game evolves. Continued use means you accept any updates.
