By accessing or playing Scrolly Spark, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account used to access Scrolly Spark and for all activity that occurs under that account.
Do not exploit, cheat, or disrupt the game or other players. We may suspend access if we determine your actions harm the experience or violate these terms.
Scrolly Spark relies on third-party providers to operate. Authentication may be handled by Clerk, data storage may be handled by Neon, and hosting or infrastructure may be provided by Render. Your use of Scrolly Spark is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of these providers.
The game is provided in beta and may change, pause, or shut down at any time. We may update these Terms of Use periodically, and continued use means you accept the updates.
Scrolly Spark is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.
